About Us

 Pebbles of Promise features beach glass that I have gathered from the shores of Lake Erie and transformed into unique pieces of jewelry, keychains, and other decor items. Each of these once-discarded pieces of glass have been smoothed by the rocks and waves and storms. Now encased in epoxy and paired with other personalizations, the pieces of broken glass are repurposed as a shining symbol of beauty from pain, second chances, and fresh starts.

My name is Denise Roth. I am the mother of four children from elementary through high school ages, as well as two sweet babies in heaven. One of those babies that I didn't get to meet very long was named Promise. The process of finding beauty after the pain of loosing her inspired my love for beach glass creations and the name, "Pebbles of Promise".

I am also an Intervention Specialist and over the years have taught reading and math skills, piano lessons, swim lessons, and now crafting classes! My prayer is that Pebbles of Promise will be a blessing and inspiration to others, just as it has been for me.
